Our catch-cry is... 'ONE TEAM, ONE DREAM'. We welcome anyone to get involved on a Sunday or during the week in one of our ministry areas.

Connection

Service Hosts:  Help people to seats, carry out offering collections, brochure seat drops and more.

Welcomers/Visitors Lounge: Roll out the ‘red carpet’ and provide a warm, inviting and friendly atmosphere for members and visitors - big smiles needed!

Information Desk: Let people know about church events, meetings, courses and facilities.  Help to connect people into the church.

New Christians Team: To pray with and talk to people who make a commitment to Christ at the end of the service.

Hospitality: Preparing and serving food/coffee to guests and church members.

Setup/Packdown Team: Working behind the scenes to make sure church is set up to run smoothly every week.


Worship & Production

Worship Leading/Lead singing: Leading people into worship. 

Backing vocals: Providing backing vocals for worship leader or lead singer. 

Musicians: Musicians with expertise in Guitar / Bass / Keys / Drums / Percussion / Violin /Other (specify) 

Audio Engineers: Work with Music Team to ensure great sound mix is achieved. 

Lighting Technicians: Create various lighting mixes which engage people and draw them into the service. 

Mac Screen Operators: Operate Mac to ensure all ‘word-to-screen’ requirements including song words and message scriptures, video and graphics are played.

Multimedia Designers: Create graphics and images to play during various parts of the service to enhance the church experience.

Video Editors: Produce weekly video ‘C3 News’ content for services and promotional videos for special events/services.

Camera Operators: Film all aspects of the services, providing quality shots and angles.

Service Producers: Coordinate the smooth running of all service elements and provide the communication link between Connection & Production Teams.

Stage Managers: Ensuring stage requirements are met.


Events/Administration

Events & Services: Ensure that all organisational, operational and logistics are covered when running services and events.

Administration: Provide general administration assistance through reception, banking, bookkeeping, accounts, database entry, follow-up, etc.

Pathfinders: Inspiring men and women for success in leadership and business. Get involved through attending and/or assisting in putting on these events.


Creative

Website, Graphic Design, & PR: Communicating ‘Who We Are’ as C3 Church through our website, newsletters, printed material and images. 

Photography: Taking photos during weekly services and special events and creating a bank of C3 Church photo archives that can be used for promotional purposes.

Set/stage design, interior design: Provide creative and artistic input and all things ‘interior design’ to make church aesthetically attractive, modern and excellent.


Children's Church

Children’s Church Team: Run, coordinate or assist in providing quality services for 2 – 11 yr olds.
